GENERAL

Q. How can I order The Undress?

Q. Where can I see a size chart?

Q. What size should I get if I am in between sizes?
A. We generally recommend sizing up.  Also keep the adjustable features of the dress in mind, they allow you to easily modify the fit.  For example, you can use the draw-string loop and cord lock to accommodate larger or smaller bust measurements.

Q. What are the shawl dimensions?
A. The Shawl is a generous 80x24in in size.  That's an equivalent of 203x61cm

Q. What are the washing and cleaning instructions?
A. Taking care of The Undress is easy!  Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle, use non-chlorine bleach, if you need it. Then dry flat or use a cool iron, if necessary. Please do not dry clean but do ENJOY! : )

Q. Are you able to customize (alter, hem) my dress for me before shipping?
A. Unfortunately, that is not an option at this time.  While The Undress is possible to hem, we feel it's best that you try on your The Undress and then make adjustments, if necessary.

Q. Can I cancel a pre-order?
A. If we haven't shipped your order, you may cancel it at anytime!  Simply send an email to care@theundress.com and we will handle it for you

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
AWe are committed to your total and absolute satisfaction.  To back up that commitment we offer a generous 90 Days Satisfaction Guarantee return and exchange policy.

You have 90 day refund/exchange period from the day you receive the order for most items, other than clearance items.  Please do not ship an product back to us until you receive your RMA number and full instructions!

Please contact us at care@TheUndress.com to begin the process.  We will send you an RMA number and instructions.  When we receive your dress, we will send you a desired replacement, as long as we have in stock, of course.  If we don't have your first choice, we'll offer you other options.

f your order was incorrect due to a fault of ours (sorry about that!), simply contact us at care@TheUndress.com, to receive a RMA number and shipping instructions.  After we receive the goods, we will ship you the correct items.

Q. What about clearance and "Last Sale" items?
A. Clearance and "Last Sale" items are not eligible for returns for refunds.  They are eligible for exchanges for the same (color/size) items only if they are defective.  In a rare case that your dress is defective, please send an email to care@theundress.com to let us know and receive an RMA.

Additional information for Kickstarter and Indiegogo backers

Q. I backed The Undress on Kickstarter or Indiegogo but haven't received my reward / order.  What do I do?
A.
 We are proud to say we shipped all orders which our backers properly completed (ie, provided a payment and completed the survey.)  Most of the time the reason a backer didn't receive a reward is that they didn't fill out their post-campaign survey.  That's usually easy to fix!  Please send an email to care@theundress.com with your backing account email address.  We will determine what happened and take care of you.

Q. Will The Undress I get be exactly like the picture I see online?
A. All the photos are of the prototypes, the final products may vary slightly
